From the age of 13 to 18, I volunteered at the Borchard Community Center, working with children ages 3-12. In this center, I volunteered in classes of cooking, art, athletics, and overall day care. I also planned games and activities for children at holiday events at the center and have dedicated over 600 volunteer hours at this location. In addition, I also privately babysat for 4 years. Aside from volunteering, I was also previously a paid employee at the Borchard Community Center and was a leader in "Rainbow Camp" Day Care, which was a 5-day a week, 4 hour program. I worked with over 30 children from ages 3-5 and I planned science crafts, art projects, outdoor games, and more.
