My name is Nirina. I love being around kids. I have been babysitting since I was 11, and have babysat kids as young as infants and as old as 13. I know how to take care of an infant by helping my aunt with her 3 children from birth to present day; I have also worked with a family with an infant. I have dealt with children with ADD/ADHD. I enjoy taking kids to parks and theme parks, if parents allow it. I also enjoy helping kids with their homework and teaching them new things. I am able to cook and prepare snacks, as well as limit TV, video games, and computer time.

I don't mind animals. In fact I love them!

I am willing to travel with a family, if needed, as well as cook, do simple grocery shopping, and doing some light housekeeping. I don't mind doing laundry or washing dishes.

I have my own car and a clean driving record.

I know Orange County fairly well. I lived in Costa Mesa for 20 years and went to school in Newport Beach for 7 years, where the majority of my friends live. My best friend of 6 years has lived in Fountain Valley/Huntington Beach and that is usually the area we hang out at. I know all 4 areas very well.

I currently attend Orange Coast College; majoring in Early Childhood Development where I am studying to become a preschool teacher.

I have worked as a secretary and a hostess before, and neither of those jobs satisfied me as much as taking care of kids satisfies me.
