Hello! My name is Nicole and I am 22 yrs old. I have 7+ yrs of experience in working with children ranging from newborns to 16 years old. I have a genuine interest in and passion for working with children and assisting families and hoping to make there lives easier with the help of myself!

I am available to work 7days/week. I am a caring, honest, trustworthy person. I am also reliable and able to work with flexible time schedules and on-call if needed. I have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and full-coverage insurance, and proof to show if needed. I am a very hands-on person when it comes to activities and education. I also follow strict guidelines on the food/nutrition menu and always prepare healthy meals; unless directed otherwise. When it comes to discipline, I refuse to spank or hit. My point of view and what has always worked best for me, is to redirect the child onto the right path and correct the negative behavior by showing them what they have done wrong and what they should have done to correct the behavior. I try to be the best role model I can be. I am also great at keeping log sheets on what I do with each child throughout the day, their meals, and potty training if necessary to show parents how productive the children are during the time I am with them. Hourly wage is dependent upon how many children you have and time schedules. I understand how hard it is to leave your child with someone you may not trust, but I would love to meet with you and you child(ren) to see if I could be the perfect match!
