I am a Senior Psychology major at Temple University, with plans on going to graduate school for Nursing. My experience with children varies. For the past two years, I have worked with a Non-Profit AmeriCorps organization known as Jumpstart. Jumpstart matches college students with toddlers and pre-school children who need a "jumpstart" with their literacy skills. I also recently held a nanny position with a family who had an adorable 3-year-old boy. During my time with them, my responsibilities included picking him up from school, preparing an after-school snack, outdoor games and activities in the city and preparing a light dinner. My time with this family ended only due to the addition to their new baby girl which allowed their Mom to be on maternity leave and stay home with both children. I also have plenty of experience with children ranging from a few months up to 10 years old through various baby-sitting jobs I have taken on at different times. I am a very outgoing and energetic person who looks forward to entertaining and working with children of all ages.
