I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood and Home Economics. I am looking for a part time or full time position. I am willing to fill in on an occasion, help when school is out and the parents still have to work and/or if you have a sick child at home. If I am available I am more than willing to help out, even if it is last minute.

I have been a nanny since 1992, which sets me apart from others, as this is my life long career which I take very seriously and to heart. I have over 20+ years of experience in child care and have the natural ability to love, nurture, and care for a child. Along with providing care for children, I am willing to assist the parents in any way to make life run more smoothly, which in turn gives the parents more quality time with their child thus providing security and consistency for the child.

I have the patience to work one-on-one with a child to help educate and expand their knowledge by tutoring and providing new experiences so they continue to grow, learn, improve their knowledge, and promote the desire to want to know more. It is the unconditional love at the end of the day, the smile on their face, or the hope in their eyes that gives me the drive and desire to continue to provide quality care to the child and their families.

I respect and appreciate each child as their own person and value the different qualities that they bring to their family. I enjoy watching and observing the child and listening to the different ideas and thoughts they come up with. It is amazing how they are so unique and special in their own ways. This is such a priceless reward and gratification for me.

Please review my profile under the other sections, as I am willing to help with pet, child (multiples, premature babies, special needs) and home care along with personal assistance. I am willing to do overnights and travel with families. I have worked with a lot of families who are expecting their newborn child with helping them get the nursery ready and assisting the parents in organization, support (emotional and physical) and guidance with the arrival of the new addition to the family. I have experience in preparing for an adopted child to come to their new home and willing to help with the paperwork for international adoption and preparing for the home coming.
