Nichole is fantastic! She is extremely organized, reliable, and shows a clear interest in spending time with kids. When she started babysitting for us, our daughter was just under 1 and now our daughter is over 18 months old. Seems to me she is comfortable with all ages, but I can say first hand that she is great with infants. I highly recommend her!!

We have two boys 4 and almost 3...She stays active with them, keeps me posted (this is their first real babysitter, I do not trust other to care for them, but since we moved to a new place I have to give it a shot-she put me at ease), our house stayed as we had it...I totally love her and am so glad I found her!!!

She may be okay with little girls, but our kids are slightly older, Nothing spectacular to report. Would've expected a little more interaction, not just sitting in front of the TV eating the home cooked meal we prepared, then leaving all the dishes scattered about the house for me to clean up next day. For $12 per hour, I say get up off the couch and put a dish in the sink!

As we have preciously discussed I normally do the dishes. This was the first time I met your children and after one of them flipped over the couch, I felt I needed to be with them as much as possible. They did not get along at all and were constantly yelling and arguing with one another.
