I'm a very compassionate and positive person. I love working with people, especially children. Babysitting my niece and nephew over the past 10 years is the most experience I've had. I've babysat them since birth so in the early years there was a lot of diaper changing, feedings, play time and hugging, of course! As they've grown, care has changed to more of keeping them busy like library time, taking them to the park or zoo, dropping off at ballet. My passion and career goals are within the Psychology and Social Work field. My previous work involved advocating for & empowering newly arrived refugee families in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I am applying for grad school in January and feel this type of position would be perfect as I pursue my Master's Degree in Social Work.
