When I started college I worked at a day care at a ski resort. I was placed in the infant room with children 6 weeks to 2 years old. I have been CPR certified for infants in the past. I also used to mentor for kids with a program called DREAM. I worked with kids 5 years to 13 years old. I was in charge of developing age-appropriate activities, both one-on-one and in groups. I love to be around kids and hope to someday have some of my own. It's always amazing to think that the things you do will impact the children around you. You can only hope that you make a positive impression.
