I have had six summers of experience working with children ages 6 to 12 at a daily summer camp. While there I was responsible for everything from child safety to making sure the kids got the most out of their time off from school.
In addition to my job as camp counselor, I have many years experience babysitting for individual families with children ranging from newborn and up.
I recently worked with a family of 8 children, taking care of the younger 4 or 5 while the mother home schooled the older kids.
Personally, I am an older sister to an 11-year-old and have had the joy of watching over him and having sole responsibility of him countless times throughout all of his years.
