I have both volunteered and worked as a paid counselor for the YMCA since I was a teenager, overseeing and caring for roughly 20 day-camp children from the ages of 6-14. Throughout college, I worked with disadvantaged youth in the greater Boston area. I also volunteered every summer at Dubuis Hospital in downtown Houston, Texas, where my mother has worked for 28 years as a nurse. I baby-sat consistently growing up -- and I was a full-time nanny for my niece every summer from 2002-2006. I graduated from Harvard University in 2006, and look forward to the opportunity of working and caring for children again!
