Since I was young, I have always loved children and have babysat the children of many different family members and friends of my family.
For the past 3+ years I have babysat on a regular basis for a family with a 4-year-old, 2-year-old, and 1-year-old. For 2 of those years, I babysat the children every Friday afternoon and on occasional weekends. At this point I babysit for this family on an as-needed basis. My responsibilities with them included playing with/ caring for the children and light housework.
This school year I have been nannying for a family with a 10-year-old and a 13-year-old. I worked Monday - Thursday after school until 6 - 6:30 p.m. and all day on school holidays. My responsibilities included after school pickup, helping them complete their homework and their chores, and taking the children to soccer practice. This job just recently ended because the mother decided to quit her job and stay home with her children.
