Hi my name is Monika and I'm a 28-year-old graduate nutrition student. I have cared for toddlers as well as school aged children. I've always been passionate about teaching and providing a safe educational environment for any child entrusted to me.

My most current job experience was working as a part-time nanny for a wonderful, high energy 2-year-old boy. We spent our days at the local park, playing outside, riding his bike, attending educational classes, reading and learning about shapes, colors and vocabulary. My duties included feeding, changing, bathing, putting him to sleep and cleaning after the child.

I also was a part-time babysitter for a little girl who is now 7 years old. I occasionally babysat her since she was 3 years old. My responsibilities included feeding, helping with homework, tutoring, making up games, doing arts and crafts, taking her to extracurricular activities and other events, such as theater plays, play dates, museums and local parks. I'm very patient and able to explain difficult concepts in simple and engaging ways. I'm a very responsible, down to earth, fun and friendly person, who loves to read and enjoys the outdoors.
I also teach "Health and Fitness" classes for kids ages 6-12. Looking forward to hearing from you!
