I have been babysitting for 10 years. I started in sixth grade and have been with the same family since then. While nannying for this family I also had the opportunity to work with a few other families from time to time. During the school year I would watch the children after school for a few hours. I'd also watch them on the weekends so the parents could get out and have some fun. Over then summer I babysat Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. I would take the kids to the movies, park, lake, and wherever else they wanted to go. We spent a lot of time riding bikes, playing games we made up together, reading, and doing arts and crafts. I also spend a lot of time watching my little sister. Whenever I go home for the weekend or for a break, I spend most of my time with her. Now that I'm away at school I miss babysitting. I can't wait to be with a family once again and have fun with the kids!! I will supply references upon request!
