I thoroughly enjoy children and families. I am energetic, playful and reliable, and I love being outdoors and getting children involved in new and creative activities (without the TV). Children are naturally curious, and I love to interact with them and provide plenty of opportunities to explore the world around us! I have cared for children newborn to adolescents and feel confident providing care to children of all ages. I have held jobs with a variety of families. More recently I worked as a nanny for nearly 2 years with a family of four, ages newborn - 7 years (and two huge Newfoundland dogs!). This past summer I cared for a family with two school aged children (a girl and boy ages 7 and 10). I was able to take the kids to a number of activities and cool events over the summer. I live with my husband in Milton (near the north side of Janesville) and am attending UW-Whitewater for social work with a moderate course load. I am available for flexible part-time work this summer, with a potential for continuation of care beyond the summer.
