Mindy B.

Mindy worked for us for around a month I believe. She watched my daughter at our home while my husband and I went to work. She did a very good job. I liked how she handled my daughter, she fed her dressed her played with her. She took her on walks in her stroller almost everyday. We really enjoyed working with her. After a month she had called in sick, being the case, last min. so i stayed home from work. Her sister had contacted me that night saying she was taking her to the hospital. So I again stayed home a second day from work. Wednesday she contacted me said she was out of the hospital and doing better and asked if her sister could come get her check. Her sister came got her check I asked if she knew if she would being coming the next day. Her sister didn't know so I tried contacting Mindy with text and calling her. I couldn't get a hold of her. I haven't heard from her since. Now she did a good job babysitting but the fact that she left me hanging and stopped showing up with no notice at all really put us in a tight spot. I had no one else to watch my daughter. I was missing work and we couldn't afford for me to. It caused a lot of problems and stress. So some things to be aware of is she has medical problems that can interfere with her job, and she is not responsible when it comes to her needing to quit for whatever reason she will probably just stop showing up and you won't hear from her again. A bit of a warning to the next person considering her for a babysitting position.
