I'm 24 and I have a degree in Journalism. before getting a job in journalism, I was a full-time nanny and house manager for two doctors. I cared for their three children - a 6-year-old girl, 9-year-old boy and 13-year-old boy. I did laundry, ran errands, drove a carpool, made meals, supervised homework and music practice and coordinated play dates with other mothers.

I've been taking care of children of all ages for 13 years. I cared for an autistic young girl for eight years and tutored her in math and reading.

During college, I worked for a day care where I looked after children from as young as 3 months and as old as 5 years. Working at this day care was one of my most favorite jobs because I truly looked forward to work every day and building relationships with the kids. I spent most of my time there caring for infants and toddlers.
I've also done overnight babysitting for a set of 9-year-old twins and their 11-year-old brother.

I absolutely love doing arts and crafts projects, but I can just as easily play soccer or other sports.

I have wonderful references, upon request. I am simply looking for some periodic weekend babysitting gigs, as I work Monday through Friday.
