I attend USC during the school year, and while there I work at the Child Care Center, in the toddler room, ages 1-3. I play with the children, indoor and out, help during nap time and snack time, and make sure the children are always safe. I worked at a children's theater for three years. Here I directed, choreographed and stage managed the musicals. There were groups of 15-20 children ages 6-14. I was in charge of creating and teaching games at the beginning of each, organizing and planning each day's rehearsal, and communicating and working with the parents. Backstage I watched over the children, made sure they made all their entrances, costume changes and stayed quiet. I was also in charge of discipline when needed. I also volunteered at Fairy Tale Town for years and am quite familiar with it. I read to the children, dressed in character and lead games and crafts. I also have four young cousins, currently ages 10- 5, whom I have been babysitting for years. I love working with children, and also love teaching them. I have volunteered in the classrooms at my former elementary school. They require a lot of energy and enthusiasm, but are incredibly fun.
