Hi my name is Michelle, and my passion has always been caring for others by being a mother, caretaker, and mentor in every aspect of my life. My pride and joy are my two daughters who both are away at college. Understanding the importance of raising two daughters, and watching their development is what motivate me to share my mothering with others. I raised my daughters with a hands-on approach. I was very involved in their social, academic and emotional development. I think raising children is the most important, challenging, and rewarding job in the world! I am very responsible and great with children of all ages, as well as assisting families in managing their day-to-day life. I am very dependable, trustworthy, outgoing, and always maintain a positive attitude. I am detailed oriented and am more than willing to help out. I love working with children because I appreciate their honesty, and curiosity for learning. I pride myself on being attentive, dependable, and caring. I will take my position as a nanny very seriously and I believe it is important that I live up to my own high expectations, as well as my employer's.
