I am a Western Washington University graduate, with a degree in tourism and anthropology. I am a dedicated worker who believes in, honesty, positive guidance, interpersonal growth and the power of curiosity and of going outside! am currently looking to work with loving, caring families who possess similar values.

I have about 10 years care experience with children of all ages. I am currently doing short term care where I provide, service, entertainment, education and safety to children ages 3-18, as a youth staff. As a wilderness guide for Wilderness Inquiry, I took groups of children, teens and adults into on outdoor treks and was responsible for their safety, personal development , and instruction of hard skills. I have also worked as a nanny for 4 years with various families and all ages of kids, infant to teen and worked as an over seas au pair in England for two amazing Boys. I have been a swim instructor for kids and water ski instructor. I have also worked as a camp councilor, where I was responsible for 10 preteen girls for a 3 month time period.

I have a background working with kids with ADHD, Asperger's, Asthma, Diabetes and Bi-polar Disorder. I have volunteered as an adapted swim instructor for kids with mental and/or physical limitations and as an adapted kayak instructor for people's of all ages From the ages of 16 to 20, I worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor. I have been trained and certified in life guarding, swim instructing, first aid, infant CPR, CPR, AED and wilderness first aid.

I enjoy sharing my love of adventure with those around me. Developing good relationships with the families I work for is a high priority for me. I would love to be a positive role model for your child and become a part of a wonderful family.
