Since I was in high school I have been caring for, educating, and working with children both privately and professionally. In the past I have been Assistant Director for a small Montessori preschool (now a learning center) and Lead Teacher for their infant/toddler room. Currently I work for an Early Head Start program with children 0-3 and their families where I implement developmentally appropriate activities and screen for disabilities. However I am seeking a part time childcare position starting in March of 2013 through the summer.

I have years of experience with infants through high school age youth. During college, I sat for several families; picking children up from activities and from school, watching them during the day, in the evenings, and at times overnight. I believe that through babysitting. I grew to love working with and being around children, thus propelling me into having the desire to work with children and families in my future career.
