Working with kids is my passion and I've been working with kids since the age of 12. I started as a volunteer in the children's ministry at my church, where I am currently a volunteer classroom teacher. I worked at Harvest Rain Early Learning Academy as a Floater and this job allows me the privilege of working with different age groups, from 2 months to 11-year-old. The one thing that I always find most amazing about the kids that I work with is how different they each are. I am proud of what I do and wouldn't ask for anything better. I believe that skill, talent, and understanding are key when caring for others; and that communication and interest should embody the mechanics of individualized client needs.
