I am looking to help with pick up and drop off after school hours and/or offering after school care in my home. I am a stay-at-home mother with 3 children. I have a 10-year-old, an 8-year-old and one 2-year-old. I take care of my niece throughout the summer who is 10 years old. I have taken care of two other children on a periodic basis. They are 9 and 11 years old. I've developed flexible routines for the children I've cared for in the past that help them to feel secure and comfortable with me and their environment. I also provide snacks, coloring, games and a play area in my backyard. I volunteer in the children's ministry at my church. I have volunteered over the summer for 7 years, where I have been the lead caregiver/minister for children in the nursery up to kindergarten age. I have been an instrumental figure in the 'Moms' group I've been a part of for the last 9 years. I am currently co-coordinating this group with another Mom in our church. I would like to continue staying at home with my children and am earnestly looking for a way to make that reality last by extending my heart and care to other children and families in need.
