From the day I turned 15 and was able to get a job, I began working at my local community center as a party leader. There, I worked with groups averaging to 25 children and led them in activities including swimming and gym time. After 3 years working there, the money I was making was not enough to take me to college. I joined care.com and then spent the summer going into my freshman year of college as a full-time nanny for a set of twins, 8 years old, and one autistic 11-year-old. I ran errands, prepared meals, laundry, kept the house clean, and interacted with the children.

This past summer I was a full-time nanny for two wonderful young girls, 3 and 6 years old. It was similar to the past summer except we did more activities including, but not limited to, trips to the aquarium park in Camden, NJ. Throughout the years I have also babysat part-time/short notice for a number of families.
