That being said, I also have a good sense of when sometimes fun and games need to be put on hold and important issues need to be addressed with the child/children....

Hello Parents!

Now the most important question is probably "Why should I trust you, Melissa, to watch my children?" Let me first start out by saying I love being around kids. I am definitely a kid at heart which is what makes the experience so worth while. That being said, I also have a good sense of when sometimes fun and games need to be put on hold and important issues need to be addressed with the child/children. I like to think I have a very good balance of fun and no nonsense. Regardless of good times and bad, my main goal as a nanny/babysitter is to be the type of role model that kids aspire to be. That is the most rewarding experience in my eyes.

And now for a little background about myself:

I live in Montgomery, NY and graduated from Elizabethtown College in PA with a Bachelor's in biology and pre-medicine in 2011. I currently attend Dominican College's Doctor of Physical Therapy program on weekends. I live with my parents and younger brother at the moment and also two of the cutest little puppies ever! I love to sing, dance and act, as well as be outdoors in the sunshine. I love meeting new people and trying new things so please, don't hesitate to introduce yourself!
