I have been babysitting for eight years for children of a variety of ages and needs. I am very mature, responsible, reliable, and loving. I will always treat your children with respect, kindness, and patience, because honestly, no child deserves any less.

I love to get outside and play with the kids I care for: playing sports, riding bikes, or getting creative with some sidewalk chalk! I'm always up for whatever game they want to play. I might even be more excited for that game of Chutes and Ladders than they are!

When it comes to homework, I am more than willing to answer any questions your child might have, help them with a project, or just sit on the couch and read some books. (The last one is my favorite.) My mom was an elementary school teacher for 40 years, and I think it rubbed off on me a bit. I know the feeling of pride a child feels when he or she is successful in school, and if I can play a role in helping him or her achieve that, I'd be much obliged to do so.

Overall, I know that a happy child means a happy parent, which means a happy babysitter! I will aim to make sure you and your child are as comfortable as possible with the arrangement. I am very open to communication - including not being easily offended by criticisms - and I welcome an open dialogue so that we can all be on the same page.
