I have worked with children of all ages from infant to teens and have been doing so for about 12 years. I love it and wouldn't change my profession for anything because working with children is so gratifying for me in so many ways. I have worked for private families and also in a few local child care facilities as a lead teacher from the infant room up to pre-k classrooms and also as a fill in as needed assistant. I do have 1 child who is now 12 years old and the light of my life. One of my priorities when caring for other people's children are to treat them as my own because I know how difficult it is to part ways with your child in someone else's care and they deserve to be loved and cared for in the most safe and nurturing environment. While I care for children, I focus on a lot of other aspects in having them develop into our future leaders and society members, encouraging social skills, problem solving, education, along with plenty other positive molding to make each child be the best child they can be along with plenty of TLC! I have great patience and love play and fun times and also provide great 1 on 1 time with all my children. I love outdoors along with creative projects and good old fashion fun! There is so much more to share and unfortunately, I am running out of space, so email for any other info needed and I will respond promptly. Currently my priority is to find a family to work for where we have the perfect fit and we both are happy with each other. A somewhat long term position would be nice as well.
