I had scheduled two interviews with Melissa. The first interview she canceled 30 mins. before the interview was to start. Against my husband's advice, I scheduled a second interview with her (I believe in second chances). However, the second interview she was a no call no show. She had great reviews and I was really looking forward to meeting with her- it just never happened.

I apologize. I was pregnant at the time. The first time I had to work late and the second time I was in the hospital. I really am a great caregiver. So again I am sorry.

I had the opportunity to interview Melissa. She is a very delightful person. She is calm, assertive, punctual, and friendly. In the end I found that another candidate was a better fit with our family but I was very impressed with Melissa. I would recommend her in a child care position.

My little girl is very attached to me so I was weary of leaving her with a babysitter, but Melissa came over to meet our daughter before we needed her to babysit, and my daughter went right to her.
