Working with children is a very rewarding experience! I love teaching children new things either through formal lessons or through play.
It is important to be patient, fair, and understanding towards children, and I feel those are my strengths.

I also love to make kids laugh. I love playing games, reading books together, painting, drawing, or any type of craft. I look forward to working closely with a great family to fit their child-care needs.

I have a master's degree in the arts of education.
I currently teach both middle school English language arts and high school English I. I have worked with the same families for years for their childcare (and tutoring) needs.

Summers give me the great opportunity to do what I love doing, which is caring for sweet children. I feel that my strengths lie with school-age children; however, I am open to loving your small babies, too!

I have experience with children's programs as a volunteer community tutor. I worked with elementary, middle, and high school students with homework assistance, as well as assisted on field trips. I also worked at a Deaf Action Center Summer Camp.
