The oldest of three, I got my start in childcare early as the go-to babysitter for my sister's friends. For seven years through high school and college I worked every summer in a special education summer school environment, dealing with many children with a variety of physical and developmental disabilities. I spent a short season as a live-in nanny to a family with whom I have stayed in touch ever since. I babysat often for friends during my time in graduate school, and am always quick to bond with the children of friends and family. I have worked with literally every age of child at one point or another. I am fluent in English and Hebrew, have limited ability in German and Mandarin, and am interested in learning ASL. I look forward to meeting, caring for, and bonding with your children, and becoming a positive presence in their lives and yours.
