I am a 21-year-old senior in college, finishing up my counseling degree. With the rest of my classes being online, I have an open schedule and am looking for a full-time or higher end part time position. Though I currently live in AR, I am planning to relocate to the St Louis area toward the end of June or early July. I have been babysitting for 10 years and have experience watching children ages 6 weeks to 14 years old. I love children and enjoy spending time doing fun projects with them (crafts, cooking projects, books, puzzles, going to the park, etc.). My favorite most recent project while babysitting involved making our own costumes and video and then building cars out of cardboard boxes to create a drive-in theater in the living room! Encouraging a child to be active and creative is my passion! While I do have the ability to set boundaries with children and always put their care first, I love to play and interact with the kids under my care. I have worked in a daycare setting caring for infants 6 weeks old to 15 months, as well as cared for children of all ages in their homes. I also have experience with animals and love pets. My favorite things to do are community service, hiking, craft projects, dancing, reading books, and enjoying local coffee shops.
