I also worked at another day care in Jefferson City with age 2- through 5-year-old's. I helped as a counselor during the summer working with K-5th graders. I am presently employed at an independent center in Jefferson City working with range of age groups from infants through 6-year-old's. I am currently working with the infants. I love my job knowing that I can make a difference in the life of the kids even at the age of two helping instill values that will help them them as they grow and develop. Everyday is different you can have a schedule but it doesn't always have to happen according to plan you can add in fun projects or recess times here and there. I believe in redirection and positive enforcement, and strong parent/caregiver communication.
