I am a 21-year-old Special Education major with a lot of experience with children. I love being outside and active. I'm very flexible and able to adapt to the ever changing needs of a family. I have volunteered as a girl scout camp counselor. For the past 3 summers I worked as a nanny for a family with three children aging 6 to 13. My responsibilities included managing the children's schedules, keeping the children active, preparing meals, grocery shopping and assisting the children with their chores. I have also worked as a Respite Care Provider since I was a junior in high school. I have experience working with a child with epilepsy. My responsibilities included keeping the child active, helping her at meal times, preventing and managing seizures and assisting her in daily activities. I have babysat children ranging from ages 1 to 13. I would love to find a job working with children and am willing to work weekends, weekdays and weeknights.
