I have a deep love for children! Like many others, as a young woman I took up babysitting but I didn't stop there!

While I was in high school I taught preschool where I was personally responsible for the learning and care of 3 5-year-old children. These children had a large range in knowledge as well as personality! I balanced those differences while making sure they were always learning, I did this by giving those kids my whole heart and everything I have to offer.

I volunteer as a counselor at a kids camp, which is a week long camp for foster care children ages 7-11 with the most severe cases of abuse and neglect. This requires 24/7 care from me, and every minute of it is worth it, I love watching these children grow so much in such a short time!

I am currently involved in "Eliminating Poverty" a charity that goes to orphanages around the world to teach children skills that will take them far in life. "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach him to fish and you feed him for life."

I have spent countless hours caring for children as a volunteer! And every minute has been worth it!
