Megan interviewed with us via phone. I called her to schedule a second (in person) interview but did not hear from her. I emailed her and she responded saying she will call me in the morning. I never heard from her.

After numerous messages about a live-in nanny position, we were arranging an interview when she stopped communicating with me a few days before we were supposed to meet, even though her profile showed she logged in as recently as today. I wish I had read the previous review...this pattern definitely shows a lack of maturity, commitment and reliability.
