I am a stay at home mom of twin boys in kindergarten, age 5, and a 14-month-old little boy. I have 12 years childcare experience with children other than my own. I enjoy doing activities such as crafts, coloring, outdoor exploration, sports, etc. I have experience with children with Down syndrome as well as various forms of autism.
Most of the children I have cared for are age newborn to 8 years old. Majority, however, were newborn to age 4. I am very comfortable caring for multiple children, but I prefer to care for a few so that I may provide more one on one time with each child. If the children are in the same family, however, that is okay. My home is equipped with lots of baby equipment (bouncy seat, boppy, swing, exersaucer, walker, entertainment system, pack 'n play, age appropriate books and toys) as well as games, books, toys, and movies for toddlers to age 9. We also have a fenced in back yard with a large play set. I love going on field trips with parents permission (library, zoo, museum, etc.). I have a safe, reliable seven passenger van and a clean driving record.
For overnight stays, we have two extra twin beds and a pack 'n play for the babies. All meals and snacks provided.
