Hello, my name is Maya. I am a 28-year-old female who has 7 years' day care experience with children ages 6 weeks-5 years old. My last day care job, I was promoted from infant teacher assistant to co-head teacher in the 3-year-old classroom. The ratio in the 3-year-old classroom was 7 children to 1 teacher. Also, I have triplets experience; these triplets were from the day care where I worked. The parents asked me to babysit for the triplets and I did; the job entailed me picking up the triplets from school, driving them back home to feed them, play with them, put them down for a nap and care for them until one of their parents came home. I helped children in my 3-year-old class to trace their name, taught them ABC's, numbers, colors, shapes, and manners. While I was in the infant room I helped the children to achieve their milestones and taught them to the best of my knowledge. The infant room's ratio was 4 children to 1 teacher. I am looking for a nanny or babysitting position.
