For the last three years that I've been a nanny it's been really great. I care for these kids as if they were my own. I show them the same love and respect that I would expect someone to give me. I'm really passionate about doing this because I love being around children. They are a joy to be around. It's so much fun to act silly and have fun with them, but still be firm when needed.
