I am a mother of three, whose children are now men. I have three grandchildren, two girls and a boy, who I have been instrumental in raising. Working with and caring for children is a passion in which I truly embrace. I do not approach caring for children as a job but I look at it as an opportunity to be involved in the raising and molding of a young individual.

I have a year of experience working with new born triplets, which required special attention due to their condition. After my time with the triplets came to an end, I went on to work with twins. After completing my duties with the twins I returned to Jamaica where I worked with various children's clubs within schools and churches. While I was in Jamaica I assisted in the formation of a children's club called AWANA, which is a christian club. My duties required me to meet with children at church for at least 4 hours every Saturday. When we got together we would have activities such as story time, sing-a-longs, prayer time and several different games. Being with the kids has been an inspiration to me as they really needed role models in their lives.
