To Whom It May Concern: Mary P. has been providing after school and periodic overnight care for our children since January 2010. Our boys are now 8 and 11 years old. Mary has been instrumental in the boy's development during her time with us; it is unfortunate that our personal circumstances dictate a change in our childcare plans. Our children have special needs requiring one on one care and supervision much of the time. She has been adaptive to their needs and has been an invaluable resource in what can be a very challenging environment. Mary also assisted in our general home management; ensuring laundry, light housekeeping and daily meals were prepared. Another incredible attribute of Mary's is her extreme flexibility supporting parents with two demanding careers, she always made herself available to work late and stay over night with little to no prior notice. Mary will be an incredible asset to any family seeking dependable and completely trustworthy childcare.
