I absolutely love caring for children. The past experiences have really helped me learn how to care for children and have helped me grow as a person. I have had scary experiences and really great ones. I learn something new every time I care for a child. Every family is different in how they raise their children and I respect that and try my hardest to treat children how the family would like me to. I love kids, but will discipline when necessary. I have never harmed a child but will discipline with timeouts. I love all ages of children and have worked with many at a time. I have worked with 'difficult' kids and some that were heaven sent. Overall, I love working with kids and wouldn't trade it for a "9-5" anytime soon.
