As a mother of a 33-year-old, a grandmother of two, and an adopted aunt/grandmother to many, I enjoy being with children of all ages, especially preteens and teens. With my AA in Early Childhood Development and my professional, clear single subject teaching credential in English I am qualified to care for children on a variety of levels. I have taught grades six through college, and I have tutored all ages.

In addition to helping with homework and projects, I enjoy developing a child's creativity and even using board games to further learning.

I have several letters of recommendation from school principals, teachers, corporate employers, college professors and friends. After reviewing these letters, if you wish to speak with them, their numbers are provided on the letters.

One final note: I am not opposed to preparing meals, transferring children to activities, or even doing a load or two of laundry. However, extensive tidying up or cleaning is not physically in my best interest.
