In addition to running a daycare for over 13 years, I have volunteered and worked in the elementary schools as a classroom parent helper, substitute school nurse, substitute special needs para and testing preschoolers for kindergarten readiness. In my church I also worked with children as a Sunday school teacher, Children's choir teacher and nursery coordinator. In the last 4 years I have served as the Sunday school coordinator and in addition, have recently been promoted to Children's Ministry Director.

I have a 2-year degree in early childhood and have worked as an assistant preschool/kindergarten teacher for a year at Minnesota Renaissance (Montessori) and for 1 years as an assistant teacher at Children of Hope preschool. I have also worked over 300 hours in various childcare centers.

I believe that each child has unique qualities and will grow and flourish with a creative learning environment. My daycare provides a safe, friendly and loving atmosphere where all children can learn as well as have fun. Children will develop physically, intellectually and socially through a variety of activities which will prepare them for a lifetime of educational growth.
