I am a nursing major at Xavier University. I will be a senior in the fall of 2013. I have babysat for neighbors and family friends since the seventh grade (2004). I am responsible, reliable, creative, patient, smart, athletic, calm, and well-mannered. The most children I have babysat at one time is four children; an 5-month-old, a 2-year-old, a 5-year-old, and a 9-year-old. The youngest children I have babysat for were twin newborn babies. My senior year of high school (2010), I went to Disney World and Sanibel Island, Florida, with a family for whom I have babysat for four years. Since I am a nursing major, I am well-versed in basic life saving skills including CPR for children and adults, the Heimlich maneuver, and basic first-aid skills. I am flexible to accommodate children with allergies, and I know how to use an Epi-pen. I love to go to parks and explore, and I love to read with children and help them learn; I am a tutor at Xavier University for Anatomy and Physiology Lab, and I enjoy using creative ways to help others learn.
