My experience with caring for children has been great. I care for children in a wide verity of ages. My experience were mainly with children in my family because I am #7 of 20 grandchildren and also at my home church with the Sunday school classes. I've worked with an autistic child and a deaf child at one point of my time of volunteering my services at church. I've learned that sometimes, it'll be hard to work with certain children, but as a caregiver or babysitter, you must be able to observe his/her behavior, adjust yourself to them, then you'll be able to cope with it or work around that child's behavior. I enjoy working with children especially when I have a bond with them because not only they'll see me as thee "baby sitter" or "caregiver", but they'll learn to trust me and with that, I enjoy doing what I do.
