Hello, my name is Marissa. I am a student at Saginaw Valley State University and am majoring in Health Sciences with minor in Psychology. After graduating from Saginaw Valley I plan on going to grad school for Speech-Language Pathology. I have experience with children of all ages. I have watched newborns, ranging up to children of 10 years. During the 2011-2012 school year I attended school and nannied for two little boys, ages 2 and 4, three days a week. I also was a nanny for a 10-month-old little girl January through April up to 5 days per month, and May through August anywhere from 3 to 7 days per week. While working with the second family I also cared for their new puppy and 3-year-old dog. As I mentioned, I am going to college to become a speech language pathologist, I would love to specialize in working with children. I am a very responsible, caring, trustworthy individual. I am an outdoorsy girl, so I love to spend time outside with children when I baby-sit. I also enjoy arts and crafts, I love to do art projects with the children I work with. I hope to find a family that I can work with for the remainder of my college career.
