Hello! My name is Marissa and I began watching children when I was 13 years old. Because my mom has owned a preschool for 26 years, it seemed natural for me to follow in her footsteps. I believe I have one of the most rewarding jobs out there and I love what I do. The first nanny job I ever had was caring for a 9-month-old little girl. She is now 5 years old and I still call her my little sister. She no longer lives where I do, but every time she visits, we make sure to have a day to ourselves. I currently work at my mom's preschool and help aid in the classes and during the summers watch my "nanny kids" who are twin 1-year-old girls and their 4-year-old brother. I will watch them while their parents leave town or even travel with them as well. I have watched infants through school age and have many excellent referrals. I will be moving to Kona on September 19th and will miss all the kids here terribly. I have always had a passion for children and took child development classes in high school. I hope to find the perfect family to join.
