I started babysitting off and on when I was 13 years old. I watched a boy and a girl (ages 5 and 8) for 3 years. Then, I watched an 18-month-old girl for 2 years. Then, I watched my sister in law's daughter for the summer until her preschool started. I raised 2 boys as a stay at home mom who have now grown up. I have lots of nieces, a set of twins and my baby sister's 3 girls who I have watched quite frequently over the years. Sometimes, I watched all of them, including my own. Over the past 2 years, I have been an after school sitter to an 11-year-old girl, picking her up from school, fixing her a snack, then helping with her homework. I love infants but am past the age to have any more myself. I would love to sit for a family with younger kids. I am in a position taking care of 3 boys after school pickup which is ending soon so I can start pretty much anytime. I love to do artwork and crafts and play or read to them if you would like. I am comfortable with all pets as well, having been raised on a small farm in my younger years. I have done pet-sitting/walking as well. I would love to help you. I can do care on call anytime during the day Saturdays possibly and occasionally Sunday. I know it only says 10 years but I really have 37 years of babysitting off and on during my 52 years.
