I have worked as a baby sitter for a family member when I was only 12-years-old. By the time I was in my early 20's, I started working for a family in Los Angeles as their full-time baby sitter. I cared for two small children, ages 2 and 4-years-old. I worked on a schedule as far as feeding them, dressing them, reading time, nap time, and going to the park with them. I enjoyed working with those young children, I feel like their aunt each time they gave me a hug. After a year, I had to quit because I got married and relocated. I have teenage children and I volunteer at their school. Every other month I volunteered at the children's ministry at our local church; where I worked side by side with other parents in caring for 10 to 21 kids on Sunday. I enjoyed volunteering at the church for the past ten years because it was a delight to see the smile, laughter, and hugs that I received from these children.
