"Miss Marie" works for me as a part time assistant children's librarian, at a large public library in RI. Marie has also been a part time, substitute nanny for my family with my 1 year old son! While working with children and families within the library, Marie consistently shows incredible passion, love and enthusiasm with children of various ages. Marie creates fantastic literature based story times with songs, finger plays and crafts, sharing her in depth knowledge of child development and literacy skills. Over the years of working for the library, Marie has developed positive, nurturing relationships with our patrons of families and children. Children look for "Miss Marie" when they arrive at the library! As a nanny for my family, Marie's love and compassion has grown with the development of my son. Marie has shown a never ending commitment of love and support, along with a great sense of responsibility, as a household partner and caretaker. Marie has a keen sense of family partnership, creating a seamless transitions with my son and with our household schedule. Marie has a heart of gold, a strong work ethic and a fun sense of play and love about her. Any family would be lucky to have her as their nanny!
