Hi, my name is Marieam. I am 29 years old and have been a nanny for many years, and love it thoroughly. For the last few years, I have been a nanny for a few families, mostly large families with many children, but I have experience with all sizes of families. I graduated with an graphic design degree less than a year ago and I am now a practicing professional graphic designer trying to make my way.
I am looking for 1 or 2 families that would go well with my schedule and hope to have a total of 20-25+ hours a week. For the past 10 years, I have had only a few families that I have stuck with and helped through the years. I currently am a nanny for one family that just moved for the next few years (so I am out of work), they have five children (ages 17 to 14 months). I also have many other families that call me whenever needed- they are more like mother's helper jobs. I am very flexible and I like to come in and give mother's a little "me" time, because I know it is needed (many times, it's last minute and that's okay!). I have been with all of these families for more than four years and love them dearly. Unfortunately, the children are getting older, and I am not needed as often now and I need more work. I believe that children keep me humble and I enjoy having them in my life.
I am an honest, outgoing, reliable, fun, and positive person. I prefer staying active to sitting around. I like to garden and am very environmentally conscious. I love art and all things creative. I enjoy learning about other cultures. I love to read and to be constantly learning new things. I come from a big family and love a family atmosphere.
